Shipping Policy

 

Handling Time

We strive to process and prepare orders for shipment promptly. Our typical order processing time is three business days. This time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions, but we’ll always keep you informed.

All packages are shipped from the state of California. Once the orders are shipped, absent any force majeure events, you can expect your package to be delivered within 1-5 business days (handling time not included), depending upon the ship-to location. Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

You will receive a tracking number after your order is processed and ready to ship. You may get more than one tracking number if your order contains more than one item. Items may be shipped and delivered at different times.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently not shipping outside the U.S.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or Military AFO/FPO addresses
  • Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

Delayed Orders and Shipments

In the case of delayed order processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. We are not responsible for shipping provider delays. For delayed shipment of an order, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s shipment status.

Holidays and Weekends

Shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays. Please expect delays during these times.
